Enabling stock level updates to be sent to your store:
In order for the stock updates sent by ShippingEasy to be displayed in your store, you will first need to enable stock updates on each of your products. Learn more about enabling stock updates .
Enabling this setting means that ShippingEasy controls your available stock quantities. Any changes to your inventory levels should be made directly within ShippingEasy. If you edit the amount of stock you have available on your sales channel directly, ShippingEasy will override these changes.
ShippingEasy will track stock adjustments from all your store platforms based on the products included in the orders received by ShippingEasy. Stock adjustments are consolidated and then the Available stock level is updated to your store within 10 minutes.
More ways to control the stock levels that ShippingEasy updates to your store:
To further control how much stock is updated to your store, you can set a max quantity or safety stock.
- Maximum Quantity Available: the stock level you want sent to your stores regardless of how much Available stock you actually have on hand. Learn more about max available stock limits.
- Safety Stock: the amount of stock you always want to have on hand - or even just a little extra cushion should something happen that causes you to oversell. Learn more about safety stock.
