To resolve this error, consider the following:

Do you have an Endicia account registered in ShippingEasy?

If you do not see at least one Endicia account, you will need to open one. Learn how to create an Endicia account.

NOTE: ShippingEasy accounts created after September 20, 2017 have a single Endicia account. Learn more about Endicia.

Is your Endicia account suspended?

You can verify this information by navigating to the POSTAGE AND CARRIERS page via the Postage and Carriers link in the top right of your account. Below your Endicia account details, you may see a note indicating that your "Account has been suspended".

If you see that your Endicia account is suspended, you will need to unsuspend the account. Learn how to unsuspend your Endicia account.

Is your Endicia account disconnected?

You can verify this information by navigating to the POSTAGE AND CARRIERS page via the Postage and Carriers link in the top right of your account. If you have previously opened an Endicia account through ShippingEasy, but it is not listed in your account, it's possible that the account has been disconnected.

Have you purchased a USPS shipping label in the last 60 days?
