What is the error "No rate could be returned from International Logistics Solutions" ?

ShippingEasy supports accessing DHL Express rates through International Logistics Solutions accounts. In order for ShippingEasy to quote rates from International Logistics Solutions, your individually negotiated rates will need to be uploaded to International Logistics Solutions' server. If your rates have not been saved to International Logistics Solutions' server, then ShippingEasy will display the error message:


SPECIAL DHL EXPRESS RATE ALERT(S): Messages from DHL Express:
  • No rate could be returned from International Logistics Solutions. The service may not be available to the destination or the account may not be properly configured with International Logistics Solutions. 

To resolve this error, please contact your International Logistics Solutions representative.
