How do I create an RR Donnelley shipment?
There are two ways to create a shipment via RR Donnelley.
- From the ORDERS page, create a shipment using Shipping Selections with RR Donnelley. Learn more.
- On the READY TO SHIP page, expand the Carrier menu. Select RR Donnelley to see a list of Carrier Services. Expand the Carrier Services menu to see which options RR Donnelley has enabled for you through Abol (direct access through RR Donnelley). Learn how to select a carrier and service.
Can I see the cost of a shipping label when I use RR Donnelley?
The software provided to ShippingEasy by RR Donnelley does support the display of rate quotes for your shipping labels when on the READY TO SHIP page. This means that before you purchase a label, you will see a postage estimate based on the package information you've entered and the rates associated with your account credentials. However, the RR Donnelley software does not support the display of shipping costs for your labels created within ShippingEasy. This means RR Donnelley shipments will show a cost of N/A on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page.
What information is included on RR Donnelley labels?
Can I specify the date on RR Donnelley labels?
No. The date on RR Donnelley labels is automatically populated based on the current date. No other date can be set.
Can I set the Sender's Signature for my RR Donnelley labels
The Sender's Signature for your RR Donnelley labels is set when you create your RR Donnelley account. If you need to update the Sender's Signature, please reach out to your RR Donnelley account manager. Find RR Donnelley contact information.

Can I print a customs form for my international RR Donnelley shipments?
No. All customs information for RR Donnelley international shipments is handled electronically when you create the shipping label. There is no need to create a printed copy of the customs form or commercial invoice. So, there is no option on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page to create a customs form for RR Donnelley shipments.
Can I create a return label on an RR Donnelley shipment?
No. RR Donnelley does not support return shipment labels at this time.
