Data metrics available within ShippingEasy's REPORTS page:
|Ship Date||Date displayed on the shipping label.||Productivity: compare with Order Date to find throughput rate; combine with User, Store, or Ship From data to find productivity of an individual or location.|
|User||For accounts with multiple user logins: user login which processed the shipment.||Productivity: track throughput of staff.|
|Order Date||Date the customer placed the order on your website.||Store: sales activity over a time frame.
Marketing: generate contact lists based on purchase dates.
|Order Total||Total amount your customer paid to you including item cost, shipping charge and taxes.||Financial: gross profit analysis.

|Discount Amount||Any discounts applied to the order total; available for select platforms (Amazon, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Magento, Volusion, WooCommerce).||Financial: evaluate effectiveness of discounts.

|Recipient||Customer name.||Marketing: generate contact list.|
