ShippingEasy supports accessing DHL Express rates through InXpress accounts. In order for ShippingEasy to quote rates from InXpress, your individually negotiated rates will need to be uploaded to InXpress' server. If your rates have not been saved to InXpress' server, then ShippingEasy will display the error message:
- No rate could be returned from InXpress. The service may not be available to the destination or the account may not be properly configured with InXpress.
