I need to ship a box Retail Ground...I created a manual order but the only options I can choose are Priority Mail and Priority Express. Is Retail Ground not available on SHippingEasy ? Is it because it is a manual order? This page says I can use Parcel Select which I believe is the same thing as Retail Ground but I am not given this option in the drop down menu. Thanks for any information.
