USPS Commercial Base Pricing | Overview

The USPS has historically used Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) to describe a class of discounted postage rates. Over recent years, USPS has updated their pricing structure to match the industry norm of other leading carriers who offer one set of commercial prices.

As of January 27, 2019, Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) and Commercial Plus Pricing (CPP) offer the same postage prices for all USPS shipping methods.

Collectively, these rates are known as Commercial Pricing.

Commercial Pricing provides the greatest discounts commercially available.
