One of our favorite ways to help make your shipping process faster is with our very own printing software, ConnectEasy! 

If you've recently installed this software, you may have gotten an alert from your computer recognizing it as malware. Don't worry - our developers have made sure that our product is secure. However, to avoid receiving these alerts and begin printing, simply add ConnectEasy as a trusted program.

We've outlined how to avoid these alerts for popular malware programs:

 

Avast:

First, you will need to uninstall it completely before moving forward.

  1. Temporarily disable the program before reinstalling ConnectEasy. Learn how to disable Avast.
  2. Reinstall ConnectEasy. 
  3. Add exception to Avast for ConnectEasy before re-enabling.
  4. Re-enable Avast.

 

Malwarebytes
