Why are some services not listed when I select APC Postal Logistics as the carrier?

When you configure ShippingEasy to use your APC Postal Logistics account, ShippingEasy uses your APC Postal Logistics Username and Password to determine which specific APC Postal Logistics services are available to your APC Postal Logistics account.

If no APC Postal Logistics services are listed:

If no services are listed when you select APC Postal Logistics as the carrier on the READY TO SHIP page, verify your APC Postal Logistics Username and Password are correctly specified in ShippingEasy.

If only some APC Postal Logistics services are listed:

If some services are listed but other services are missing, contact APC Postal Logistics to verify that APC Postal Logistics configured your account correctly.
