Can I predict when my USPS package will be delivered?

Yes, USPS provides a handy lookup tool that details the Service Commitment - the time frame that they are committed to fulfilling.

To look up a service commitment:

  1. Navigate to Service Commitment
  2. Enter the origin and destination zip codes, as well as the ship date.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. The Expected Delivery Dates will be displayed for each service:

It is important to note that only USPS Priority Mail Express is a guaranteed service. If your package is not delivered on the Scheduled Delivery Day, you can file a claim for a refund for postage paid.

For other services, the Delivery Days are "Expected", so extenuating circumstances may delay delivery. If delivery is delayed, there is no postage refund available for USPS other services.
