Why are some services not listed when I select RR Donnelley as the carrier?

When you configure ShippingEasy to use your RR Donnelley account, ShippingEasy uses your RR Donnelley Username and Password to determine which specific RR Donnelley services are available to your RR Donnelley account.

If no RR Donnelley services are listed:

If no services are listed when you select RR Donnelley as the carrier on the READY TO SHIP page, verify your RR Donnelley Username and Password are correctly specified in ShippingEasy.

If only some RR Donnelley services are missing:

If some services are listed but other services are missing, contact RR Donnelley to verify that RR Donnelley configured your account correctly.
