How to: Add the QuickBooks Integration to my subscription

ShippingEasy provides support to integrate with your QuickBooks Desktop account. Before installing and configuring the integration, you will need to add QuickBooks to your subscription for $20 a month.

If you would like to view a live demo of the integration, please submit your contact information in this form. We are also offering a limited access beta test of our QuickBooks Online support. If you would like to participate, please submit your contact information in this form and leave a note in the comments that you are interested in beta testing the QuickBooks Online integration.

Once you're ready to set up the integration, follow these steps to update your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS page from anywhere in your account.  



  2. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING under ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

  3. Click Change My Plan link. Scroll past the "Plans" table to the "Add Ons" header. 



  4. Check the box by QuickBooks Integration $20/mo.  

  5. The pricing under "Summary" will automatically change to reflect your selections. Click Save.
