Remove an Add-on from Plan - ShippingEasy Subscription | How To

No matter what plan you are on, ShippingEasy allows you to add and remove extra options such as the number of users, or Customer Marketing, known as "add-ons", at any time in just a few steps.

Remove Additional Add-ons from a ShippingEasy Plan

1. Go to the SETTINGS icon from anywhere in your account.
   
2. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING under ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
   
3. Under the Plan Selection tab, you will see your current subscription details and cost. Scroll to the bottom to view "Available Add-Ons"
   
4. Here, you will have the option to adjust the number of users and un-select any features.
   
5. Once you adjust your add-ons, the awaiting screen will appear briefly as we make updates to your account.
   
6. The add-on will be immediately removed from your subscription.
