How to: Schedule training with a Customer Success Advisor

We've created a powerful shipping solution here at ShippingEasy and want to make sure you're using it to it's full advantage!

Schedule a training with one of our Customer Success Advisors to get a personalized walk-through. We'll show you how to set up your stores, product catalogs and utilize time-saving features, as well as help you process your first shipment!

One-on-one training is available on Basic and above accounts. Find out which plan you selected at sign up.

NOTE: if you sign up for the wrong training option, no problem! Our Account Management team will give you a quick call to let you know you've been rescheduled for the training type included with your plan. Find out what's included in your plan.


To schedule a training now:

  1. Click through to navigate to our scheduling calendar.
  2. Select ShippingEasy Setup & Configuration.
  3. Select the set-up that best fits your schedule and account.

    Basic accounts select Immediate Setup (15 mins).

    Plus, Select, Premium, or Enterprise accounts select Premium Setup (60 mins).

  4. Pick the time zone.
  5. Then you'll be prompted with a calendar showing available dates.
  6. Click on any date to see available training times. Select the time that best fits your schedule. Then select Next.
  7. Provide some basic contact information and any extra details about your business that will help us customize our training session to your needs.
  8. Select Done. We'll be in touch at the time you selected.
