Schedule a training with one of our Customer Success Advisors to get a personalized walk-through. We'll show you how to set up your stores, product catalogs and utilize time-saving features, as well as help you process your first shipment!
One-on-one training is available on Basic and above accounts. Find out which plan you selected at sign up.
NOTE: if you sign up for the wrong training option, no problem! Our Account Management team will give you a quick call to let you know you've been rescheduled for the training type included with your plan. Find out what's included in your plan.
To schedule a training now:
- Click through to navigate to our scheduling calendar.
- Select ShippingEasy Setup & Configuration.
- Select the set-up that best fits your schedule and account.
Basic accounts select Immediate Setup (15 mins).
Plus, Select, Premium, or Enterprise accounts select Premium Setup (60 mins).
- Pick the time zone.
- Then you'll be prompted with a calendar showing available dates.
- Click on any date to see available training times. Select the time that best fits your schedule. Then select Next.
- Provide some basic contact information and any extra details about your business that will help us customize our training session to your needs.
- Select Done. We'll be in touch at the time you selected.
