EasyShip: How do I ship on Storenvy?

EasyShip is a super simple shipping widget created by ShippingEasy and accessed directly from your Storenvy account.

Read on for an overview of how to use EasyShip! 

1. Addresses

Shipment data is pulled directly from Storenvy and is fully editable giving you complete control (if you want it) - or just pick the label options and go! 

2. Service

Pick the appropriate Service and Packaging for your shipment. You can take the weight and the packaging into account to pick the best service for your shipments. For some shippers, the cheapest service is the best; for others, the fastest service is the best. Find an overview of Shipping Services

3. Weight

Make sure to update the weight (except for Flat Rate shipments) to ensure the correct postage rate! Learn more about weight.

4. Dimension

If you have the dimensions handy, go ahead and type them in as well. Really, the Post Office only requires the dimensions when any one dimension is greater than 12 inches. Learn more about dimensions.

5. Ship Date

To post-date a label (if you are purchasing the label today but not shipping until tomorrow), you can adjust the "Ship date" from the drop-down. Learn more about selecting a ship date.

6. Confirmation

You can add extra Confirmations (like Delivery or Signature Confirmation) to the shipment by making a selection from the "Confirmation (charges may apply)" drop-down. More about the available Confirmation Options

7. Insurance

For extra peace of mind, you can add insurance to your shipment. EasyShip has access to incredibly inexpensive insurance so you can make sure you're always covered! When available, you will see a tick-box to "Add Insurance". Learn more about additional insurance

8. Review

After selecting the shipping method and packaging, you can review the rate quote before purchasing - empowering you to control your shipping costs. 

9. Purchase

All you need to do now is click "Purchase label"! Payment is a snap, too, and there are no monthly subscription fees - adding value to your operation without added cost. The result is seamless shipping! More about paying for postage.



Hi I'm trying to ship internationally for an order to Poland, but when I try it says the address cannot be verified. It won't tell me whats wrong or give me any "use anyway" option. Any help? I can provide screenshots/etc

I can't tell you how many times the international shipping has been a problem. Customers can write their address, but if you happen to want to adjust something like a name and the customer didn't need to put their Province for whatever reason then I'm forced to try and add it and it doesn't work. If I had left it alone it would tell the shipping cost and go through, but there is no room for any kind of adjustments when a customer had left certain parts. Frustrating trying to find other solutions.

We're very sorry to hear you are having trouble validating changes to your international shipment addresses.

Unfortunately our developers are unsure what is causing the problem, and require further testing to understand and resolve the issue.

In the meantime we recommend using the USPS Click n Ship option via the link below, or taking your package to your local post office, if you need to ship it out as soon as possible.

My label has not arrived to my email I cancel it and buy it again but only the cancel email arrive and not the label

I have tried purchasing multiple labels today but they never got sent to me.  I have had to cancel both labels.  This is not easy and it did not ship.

It won't allow me to print my shipping labels for two different orders to Canada because it claims the addresses aren't valid, even though they absolutely are. Do you guys actually allow shipping outside the US or am I supposed to tell my international customers they're out of luck??

Purchasing and printing labels has always been an issue.  You go to confirm the purchase of the payment and it just stops and says loading eternally.  You can close out and return and it repeats itself.  Very handy when it works, but half the time it doesn't.
