Why is the Globegistics eCom Extra service listed as both a domestic and international service?

The usage of Globegistics eCom Extra service is not very common, but if your Globegistics account does include eCom Extra service, please note that Globegistics can configure it for:

  • International shipments
  • Domestic shipments
  • Both international and domestic shipments

If your account has eCom Extra enabled, you will see it listed on the Ready to Ship screen in ShippingEasy for both international and domestic shipments even if Globegistics has only enabled it for international shipments.
