What happens if I ship more than 50 shipments on the Starter plan?
If you exceed 50 shipments for the month, your account will become locked on the SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page. You will not be able to purchase additional labels for the remainder of your billing period unless you opt to upgrade. While you can view your SHIPMENT HISTORY, all actions on that page will be prohibited.
The SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page will display a message to explain the account restrictions and options.
Subscribers on the legacy "free" Starter plan who upgrade will no longer be able to access this plan and will be moved to the $5 Starter plan.
Subscribers on the $5 Starter plan will automatically be upgraded to the Basic plan if they exceed 50 shipments.
How can I keep track of how many labels I have used for the current billing cycle?
To ensure that you know your number of shipments in the billing period, you can track the number of shipments you have per month on your SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page. Learn more about tracking your label use.
How can I add ConnectEasy to the legacy "free" Starter plan?
It's easy to add ConnectEasy to a Starter plan!
- Login to ShippingEasy.
- From the SETTINGS icon, navigate to the SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page.
- Scroll down to the "Available Add-Ons" section.
- Toggle the dial by ConnectEasy to ON
Now you are ready to install ConnectEasy! From the SETTINGS tab, head over to the CONNECTEASY page to download ConnectEasy to your computer. Find our top resources in the related articles below or post your questions to our Community Forum.
How do I upgrade my account?
- Go to SETTINGS >> SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING.
- Select Change Plan.
- From the SHIPPINGEASY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS page, locate the plan column and click the blue Upgrade button at the bottom of the page.
- You are all set to start using the upgraded features of the new plan!
