If I use Fulfillment by Amazon, will that cause issues within ShippingEasy?

Created:   |   Updated:

No. ShippingEasy will not bring in unshipped Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders as they will not need to be shipped within ShippingEasy. Since Amazon handles the shipping for FBA orders, they will not sync with ShippingEasy.

NOTE: if you want to access your FBA shipment data in ShippingEasy, you can choose to import your FBA shipments. Learn more.

You can distinguish FBA orders from Seller Fulfilled orders by their status types.

For Fulfillment by Amazon orders, status types include:

  • Pending
  • Payment Complete
  • Complete
  • Refund applied

In contrast, ShippingEasy syncs unshipped Seller Fulfilled orders in the following statuses:

  • Awaiting payment
  • Awaiting fulfillment
