What columns can be displayed on the ORDERS page?

ShippingEasy offers you the option to customize what columns you see on the ORDERS page, as well as the order in which they are arranged. By default, some columns will be displayed when you first create your ShippingEasy account. Others are available to be added.

The default columns displayed will vary, depending on which ORDERS page mode is active, Advanced or Standard. Learn more.

To add, remove, or rearrange your columns on the ORDERS page click the Arrange Columns link and specify which columns are displayed and what order they are displayed in. Learn more.

Rate The rate quote for the order, based on the assigned Shipping Preset. Used with Buy & Print. Learn more.    
$Shipping The amount the customer paid for shipping. X X
$Total The total amount the customer paid for the order, including shipping. X  
Address Type C - commercial, R - residential, I – international X X
Age The time that has elapsed since the order was placed.    
Allocated Indicates if stock from your Inventory catalog has been reserved for the order. Learn more.    
Alt. Order Number For ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, Solid Commerce.    
Assigned User It allows users to see which orders have been assigned to themselves or another user. Set with Shipping Rule or manually assigned through the "More button." X X
Buyer ID For eBay orders. Learn more.    
Condition Note For Amazon orders. Learn more.    
Custom Field 1 Additional order data, configured via the API or CSV order uploads. Learn more.

Customer Comment The comment the customer provided at checkout. Learn more.    
Date The date that the order was placed. X X
Est. Delivery The date the shipment will most likely be delivered, based on the assigned Shipping Preset. Learn more.    
Gift Message The message the customer would like included with their order when delivered to the recipient. Learn more. X  
Internal Notes The notes left on the order by a user at your company. Learn more.    
Item Name The name of the item in the order. Multiple items indicate that more than one item ordered; click Multiple items to see a list of all items in the order. X X
Item Number For eBay orders. Learn more.    
Order Number A unique order identifier, provided by the store. X X
Order Ref. ID An internal order identifier provided by the store.    
Packing Slip
Indicates if a packing slip has been printed for the order.    
Prime For Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime orders. Learn more.    
Qty The number of individual items in the order. X X
Rate Displays orders that received a successful rate quote X  
Recipient Whom the package will be delivered to. X X
Req. Service The carrier service that the customer requested to be used. X  
Sales Channel For ChannelAdvisor, and Solid Commerce.    
Shipping Preset
The Shipping Preset applied to the order via a Shipping Rule. Used with Buy & Print. Learn more. X  
Ship By Date For Amazon and eBay orders. Learn more.    
SKU The stock-keeping unit associated with the item ordered. X X
Status The status of the order limited to the following: Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Fulfillment, Awaiting Shipment, Partially Shipped X  
Store The name of the store where the order was placed. X  
Warehouse Bin The original warehouse bin location present at the time of sync or last time the rules were re-run. This may be different than the Order Details display, which will show the current warehouse bin per the Product Detail information.    
Weight The weight of the items in the order. X X
