What columns can be displayed on the ORDERS page?

ShippingEasy offers you the option to customize what columns you see on the ORDERS page, as well as the order in which they are arranged. By default, some columns will be displayed when you first create your ShippingEasy account. Others are available to be added.

To add, remove, or rearrange your columns on the ORDERS page click the Arrange Columns link and specify which columns are displayed and what order they are displayed in. Learn more.

Default Columns Displayed

The following columns will automatically be displayed on your ORDERS page, in the listed order, when you first set up your ShippingEasy account.

Column Title
Column Description
Store The name of the store where the order was placed.
Order Number A unique order identifier, provided by store.
Packing Slip Printed Indicates if a packing slip has been printed for the order.
Date The date that the order was placed.
Age The time that has elapsed since the order was placed.
$Total The total amount the customer paid for the order, including shipping.
$Shipping The amount the customer paid for shipping.
Qty The number of individual items in the order.
Item Name The name of the item in the order. Multiple items indicates that more than one item was orders; click Multiple items to see a list of all items in the order.
SKU The stock keeping unit associated with the item ordered.
Warehouse/Bin The location of the item ordered.
Weight The weight of the items in the order.
Zone Indicates the distance the shipment will travel. Learn more.
Address Type C - commercial, R - residential, I – international
Recipient Whom the package will be delivered to.
Req. Service The carrier service that the customer requested to be used.
Status The status of the order, limited to the following: Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Fulfillment, Awaiting Shipment, Partially Shipped
Est. Delivery The date the shipment will most likely be delivered, based on the assigned Saved Carrier Selection. Learn more.
Allocated Indicates if stock from your Inventory catalog has been reserved for the order. Learn more.

$Rate The rate quote for the order, based on the assigned Saved Carrier Selection. Used with Buy & Print. Learn more.
Alt. Order Number For ChannelAdvisor, Stitch Labs, Shopify, Solid Commerce.
Buyer ID For eBay orders. Learn more.
Condition Note For Amazon orders. Learn more.
Custom Field 1 Additional order data, configured via the API or CSV order uploads. Learn more.

Customer Comment The comment the customer provided at checkout. Learn more.
Gift Message The message the customer would like included with their order, when delivered to the recipient. Learn more.
Internal Notes The notes left on the order by a user at your company. Learn more.
Item Number For eBay orders. Learn more.
Order Ref. ID An internal order identifier provided by the store.
Prime For Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime orders. Learn more.
Sales Channel For ChannelAdvisor, Stitch Labs, Solid Commerce.
Saved Selection The Saved Carrier Selection applied to the order via a Shipping Rule. Used with Buy & Print. Learn more.
