What columns can be displayed on the ORDERS page?

ShippingEasy offers you the option to customize what columns you see on the ORDERS page, as well as the order in which they are arranged. By default, some columns will be displayed when you first create your ShippingEasy account. Others are available to be added. 

The following columns will automatically be displayed on your ORDERS page, in the listed order, when you first set up your ShippingEasy account: 

  • Store
  • Order Number
  • Packing Slip Printed
  • Date
  • Age
  • $Total
  • $Shipping
  • Qty
  • Item Name
  • SKU
  • Warehouse/Bin
  • Weight
  • Zone
  • Address Type (C - commercial, R - residential, I - international)
  • Recipient
  • Req. Service
  • Status
  • Est. Delivery

The following columns can be added to your ORDERS page display:

  • Gift Message
  • Customer Comment
  • Internal Notes
  • Buyer ID (for eBay orders)
  • Condition Note (for Amazon orders)
  • Prime (for Amazon orders)
  • Saved Selection
  • $Rate
  • Sales Channel
  • Item Number
  • Order Ref. ID
  • Alt. Order Number
  • Custom Field 1
  • Custom Field 2
  • Custom Field 3

To add, remove, or rearrange your columns on the ORDERS page click the Arrange Columns link and specify which columns are displayed and what order they are displayed in.  Learn more.
