Filtering Unshipped Orders for Accepted Invalid Addresses

Quickly locate orders you have selected Use Anyway to accept an invalid address, using the steps below.

By opting to use an address that will not validate (Use Anyway), you are assuming a risk of non-delivery or delay.

We recommend contacting the buyer to confirm the address is correct, or view our address troubleshooting recommendations, before assuming any risk.

  1. From the menu to the left of your orders on the ORDERS page, expand the Address Type menu and check the Invalid Accepted Addresses option.
