ShippingEasy One Balance

ShippingEasy One Balance offers a single account for use with multiple carriers. Rather than maintaining several different accounts for each carrier, this single solution provides you with easy access and oversight to all your funds.

Funds for ShippingEasy One Balance cover connected USPS and UPS accounts.

A USPS from ShippingEasy One Balance account is created for you when you sign up for ShippingEasy. There is nothing else you need to do to set it up. Learn more about your USPS - One Balance account.

A UPS from ShippingEasy One Balance account can be connected to the ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS page. Effective April 11, 2021, customers will enjoy discounts of up to 50% off UPS® Ground shipments, up to 66% for UPS 2nd Day Air® service, up to 65% for UPS Next Day Air® service, and up to 76% off International services on eligible packages. Learn how to open a UPS - One Balance account.

Direct Carrier Integration

ShippingEasy allows for direct integration with your self-managed carrier accounts. This allows you to access your contracted rates for carriers such as FedEx and UPS. We also connect with international consolidators to help keep your international shipping costs low.

I do not see a way to add USPS if I have already have a Stamps.com account. Is it impossible? Or what’s my option here?

Hi Nickeshia,

Thank you for your post!

We currently do not support connecting an existing Stamps.com account.  You receive a free Stamps.com account with your ShippingEasy subscription.

Here are the steps for starting your free postage account:  How to: Open a new USPS postage account for free

If you would like to be able to connect an existing postage account in the future, I recommend posting your request in our Feature Request forums. Posting there puts your request in front of the Product Team and also allows you to receive an email when the enhancement has been prioritized and/or released.
