Customers who have not entered their FedEx address into ShippingEasy will see a popup letting them know their FedEx account has been disconnected and that they will not be able to create FedEx shipments until they enter their address. If the customer’s FedEx contact and billing information (address, phone number and email address) needs to be updated, they will need to contact them directly.
