What do the icons on the ORDERS page mean?

ShippingEasy uses icons to help you quickly identify orders that may require special handling.  



The bullhorn icon indicates that the order has a comment that the buyer entered in the shopping cart on your store platform.

The gift icon indicates that this the order was marked as a gift on your platform, and/or has gift notes on your platform.

The comment bubble icon means that you added a note to this order in ShippingEasy.

The red triangle icon means that the address could not be validated. 

Learn more.

The duplicate icon means that there are two or more orders present on the ORDERS page with the same recipient.

Learn more.

The thumbs-up icon means that ShippingEasy was able to retrieve a rate quote for the order. It can be shipped via the Buy & Print button.
