Why doesn't my new Shipping Rule apply to my existing orders?

Shipping Rules are automatically applied to new orders as they are downloaded from your store or uploaded from a CSV file. By default, existing orders already present in ShippingEasy will remain unchanged after a rule is added or updated. However, you can opt to re-run your Shipping Rules at any time to apply them to your existing unshipped orders. Learn more about re-running Shipping Rules.
