Reset my One Balance Account Password on | How To

If you have forgotten your password to your One Balance Account or if you have changed your password, you will need to request a temporary password from and then create a new one by following these steps.

Merchants that have a UPS One Balance Account will need to contact Customer Service to have their UPS One Balance account reconnected

Reset a One Balance Account Password on

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. The Forgot Password window will open. Answers your security questions.

    If you do not know the answers to your security questions, please contact Customer Support.

  4. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address you used to register your account.
  5. Log in to with a temporary password. When you are logged in, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
  6. Reset the password in Then, go back to ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS on ShippingEasy and click the green "Reconnect" button. Enter the new password.
