How to: Edit an address on the READY TO SHIP page

Once you have sent an order to the READY TO SHIP page, you may need to edit the Ship To and Ship From addresses before completing the order.

How to: Edit the Ship From address

The Ship From address is populated from your STORE ADDRESSES settings from the SETTINGS tab. Your account configuration will determine which address is mapped to each shipment - learn more.

Once the address you require is correct in your STORE ADDRESSES, you're ready to edit the Ship From address for your order on the READY TO SHIP page.

  1. Click on the From to expand the box and reveal the address.

  2. Click Edit next to Ship From.

  3. Choose the correct address in the pop up screen.

  4. Click Update.

How to: Edit the Ship To address

The Ship To address is populated from your order, as synced from your store or uploaded manually. 

  1. Click on the To to expand the box and reveal the address.

  2. Click Edit next to Ship To.

  3. Make corrections in the pop up screen.


    TIP: make sure that all required fields are complete.

    1. Domestic: Name, Address Line 1, City, State, Postal Code, Phone number (depending on carrier/service)
    2. International: Name, Address Line 1, City, Province, Postal Code, Country, Phone number (depending on carrier/service). Learn more about:
