BigCommerce integrates directly with ShippingEasy. BigCommerce is a platform for selling your products which makes it easy to receive orders and ship them to your customers. ShippingEasy will automatically send queries to read the orders from your BigCommerce account and then load them into our application. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to your BigCommerce store. To integrate your BigCommerce store with ShippingEasy, follow our step-by-step guide.

By default, ShippingEasy will sync with your store hourly to pull in any new orders.
How do I get existing BigCommerce orders synced to my new ShippingEasy account?
If you are on a paid plan, please contact ShippingEasy support via the links to email, chat or call in the top left corner of the app, as we may be able to sync these older orders. Keep in mind the orders must be in a syncable status.

Syncs are run automatically each night and can be run manually using the Sync link.
If you have disabled the automatic order download, you must use Sync to download your orders. It can take 15-20 minutes for orders to populate after selecting Sync.

Yes, if you change the recipient address for orders in BigCommerce, that change will update in ShippingEasy during each automatic sync once per hour or via manual sync, using the Sync button in the ORDERS page. Learn more about manually syncing here.Orders will NOT update if:
- The order is moved from the ORDERS page and later returned. Orders must remain on the ORDERS page to receive updates via the API during automatic sync.

Shipment Changes and Updates
ShippingEasy updates your store with order information throughout the entire shipping process.
What information is sent back from ShippingEasy to BigCommerce?
When you purchase a label, ShippingEasy updates BigCommerce with the ship date, tracking number (if included), and a "Shipped" status.
The carrier name will be sent in the shipment notification for shipments on USPS, FedEx, and UPS, including a link to the appropriate carrier tracking page for the shipment.
Why aren't my orders updating back to Bigcommerce?
If you manage your inventory on BigCommerce, there must be enough quantity in stock to fulfill the order for the status to change to "Shipped". If there isn't enough of the product in stock, the order will not be marked as "Shipped".
For example: if BigCommerce says there are 0 items available and we are trying to say one has shipped, you will see an error message.
