How can I track an international shipment with Globegistics?
All Globegistics’ international parcel shipments can be tracked at www.globegisticsinc.net. Once there, select the "Track Your Parcel" button at the top and type in your tracking number.
Services include:

USPS ePacket | 4 to 9 |
USPS International Priority Airmail (IPA) | 4 to 9 |
USPS International Surface Airlift (ISAL) | 7 to 14 |
Globegistics eCom Tracked DDP | 3 to 10 |
Royal Mail Tracked 48 | 2 |
eCom ePacket, PMI (Priority Mail International) and PMEI (Priority Mail Express International) services can also be tracked on the USPS website - www.usps.com
Once a label is successfully generated via ShippingEasy, the first tracking event will occur on the Globegistics website.
NOTE: eCom ePacket tracking events on the USPS website will begin once Globegistics has exported the parcel.
When notifying your customers, your Shipment Confirmation email template should include:
- Globegistics website link
- Tracking number
