When an order is split, is a confirmation email sent when each part of the order ships?

Yes. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent for each shipment, as long as the shipments have their own unique labels. The exception to the rule is with UPS/FedEx Multi-box shipments where ShippingEasy will send a single email for all labels printed.
