The receipt may include:
- Your monthly subscription fee
- Any add-ons such as extra stores or extra users
- Shipsurance package insurance charges
NOTE: ShippingEasy bills for monthly subscription fees and Shipsurance purchases. Endicia bills for postage balance purchases. If you have not received your ShippingEasy receipt on your billing date, please check your email Spam folder to make sure it did not end up there instead of your Inbox.
