ShippingEasy account owners will receive a receipt each month, via email with a subject similar to:
Your ShippingEasy, Inc. receipt [#1234-1234]
The receipt may include:
- Your monthly subscription* fee
- Any add-ons* such as extra users, Inventory Management or Customer Marketing
- Shipsurance package insurance charges
ShippingEasy bills for monthly subscription fees* and Shipsurance purchases. If you have not received your ShippingEasy receipt on your billing date, please check your email Spam folder to make sure it did not end up there instead of your Inbox.
*plus applicable taxes, if any.
Unlike subscription and insurance, postage purchases are billed to individual carrier accounts.
