CSV Product Uploads: Column mapping - required fields & explanations

ShippingEasy supports updating your Products catalog via CSV file. This guide outlines which fields can be updated with a CSV file upload. For more help getting started, download a sample product CSV file.

NOTE: fields marked in red are required.
ShippingEasy Column
Column Definition
*SKU Unique identifier for the product, for example: 49381
Alias SKUs A SKU that maps to another product. Learn more.
When specifying multiple Alias SKUs, use the following format:
Ex: SE123 | SE345
Include all Alias SKUs listed for your products as these values are set per upload.
Bundled SKUs A group of product SKUs sold together. Learn more.
For bundles with a single SKU, use the following format:
SKU: Qty
Ex: SE123: 3
When specifying a bundle with multiple SKUs, use this format:
SKU: Qty | SKU: Qty
Ex: SE123: 1 | SE345: 1
Include all Bundled SKUs listed for your products as these values are set per upload.
Name The name or description of the product. Ex: Tote bag
UPC The Universal Product Code (UPC) of the product.
ASIN The Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) of the product. Learn more.
ISBN The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) of the product.
Weight (oz.) Unit weight in ounces. 
Ensure your file has all weights as ounces and uses whole numbers or decimals only
Length (in.) Measure of the longest side of the product. Units in inches.
Width (in.) Measure of the shorted side of the product. Units in inches.
Height (in.) Measure of the height of the product. Units in inches.
Declared value Value to declare on international shipment customs forms.
Units in US dollars.
Wholesale Price The cost of the product to the manufacturer. Units is US dollars.
Image URL URL of product image. Must be JPG or PNG.
Maximum file size is 1 MB.
Country of Manufacture Country where the product was manufactured; 
used for international shipment customs forms.
Warehouse Bin/Location Location of the product in your warehouse.
Harmonized code Standard WCO tariff code for international shipments.
Category Used to organize products. Product Categories must be saved to ShippingEasy before they can be mapped to Products. Learn more.
Stock Total quantity on hand.
NOTE: only available to Inventory Management subscribers. Learn more.
Adjust Stock Add or subtract from the total amount of stock in ShippingEasy. To subtract, enter a negative value.

Low Stock Threshold The minimum value of stock you want to have on hand. 
NOTE: only available to Inventory Management subscribers. Learn more
Tags Used to assign attributes to products. Learn more.
Active Used to indicate whether your products are Active or Inactive. Specify a value of Active or Inactive. Learn more about inactive products.
Suppliers Assign a supplier to a product SKU. Learn more.
For a single supplier, use this format:
Supplier Name: Supplier SKU: Unit Cost

Ex: ACME: A123: 9.99
When there is not a value to specify for the Suppier Name, Supplier SKU, or Unit Cost, omit that value, but do not omit any colons (:).
Ex: ACME: : 9.99
When specifying multiple suppliers, use the following format:
Supplier Name: Supplier SKU: Unit Cost | Supplier Name: Supplier SKU: Unit Cost
Ex: ACME: A123: 9.99 | Spacely: S345: 1.99

    please add "Is Active" to the list of downloaded/uploaded fields

    Hi DJ - good news! You can now update the active/inactive status of your product SKUs via CSV file. Designate a column to this field, then fill the field with "active" if you would like ShippingEasy to reference that product's data. Likewise, fill the field with "inactive" if you wish for ShippingEasy to ignore that product's data.
