Can I combine multiple eBay stores into one integration?

No. With eBay, each store you sell from is unique and is seen as a separate store within ShippingEasy. This means that if you have two stores, one under Jack@shippingeasy.com and one under Shipping@shippingeasy.com, you are required to integrate both separately.
