Set up a CSV store | How To

Different than just a CSV upload, a CSV Store that is created within ShippingEasy allows you to upload orders from a non-integrated store or from multiple stores in a comma-separated value (CSV) file format. CSV file uploads can be designated per store whereas manual orders default to the Manual Orders store.

A CSV Store is a great solution if you have more than 10 orders per day that you would create manual orders for.

In order to set up a CSV Store, follow these steps:

  1. Go to SETTINGS in the top right corner.

  2. Next, click on STORES & ORDERS on the bottom left under INTEGRATION.
  3. Click Add New button at the top right of the page.

  4. Select CSV Orders from the Platform drop-down menu.
  5. Click Save

  6. Fill out the information in Update Store Details including:
    • Store Info
    • Communication: Email Messages and Packing Slips
  7. Click Save
