ShippingEasy provides tools to schedule report exports and specify the email address(es) to which they are sent. The email will include a link to download the report as a CSV file, as well as a link to your ShippingEasy Exports page.
Reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or monthly.
Daily: |
Reports will send at 4 am, based on the timezone set in the ACCOUNT DETAILS settings. We count as the 24-hour time period we are pulling report data from as 12:01am to midnight. |
Weekly: |
Reports will send on the day selected. Weekly reports will include the orders/shipments from the previous seven days. For example: if you select to have your weekly report delivered on a Monday then the report will include /orders shipments from the past seven days ending at midnight on Sunday. |
Monthly: |
Reports will be sent on the first day of the next month and will include all orders/shipments from the previous month. |
In order to email a report to yourself on a regular schedule, you'll first need to create a Custom Report. Learn how.
Once you've added in the Custom Report, you can set up a recurring email schedule.
To schedule a recurring shipment report:
- From the REPORTS page, expand the grey Custom Reports menu and select the custom report that you created.
- Click Export and select Schedule.
- In the "Schedule Recurring Export" pop up, select the Daily, Weekly or Monthly tab.
You will need to select a day of the week if weekly. - Input the email address(es) in the Recipient box.
- Click Create Schedule
TIP: review and/or cancel your scheduled exports at any time. Just navigate to the REPORTS page from the ShippingEasy toolbar and select the EXPORTS submenu.
