At times you may find it necessary to update your API URL, API key, and/or online store API credentials in ShippingEasy. Learn more about API credentials.
To do this, you may need to disconnect your existing store integration. Then reconnect or create a new store integration, following the unique steps to integration your specific platform.
To disconnect a store:
You can disconnect a store in your ShippingEasy account by navigating to SETTINGS > STORES & ORDERS.
Then locate the store you need to disconnect and click the red X button in the top right corner.
The store is now archived.
To update your API credentials:
You will need to either reconnect your store or add a new instance of your store.
