Change API Key or Store Credentials | How To

At times you may find it necessary to update your API URL, API key, and/or online store API credentials in ShippingEasy. Learn more about API credentials.

To do this, you may need to:

  1. Disconnect your existing store integration.
  2. Then reconnect or create a new store integration, following the unique steps to integration your specific platform.

Disconnect a Store to Archive It

You can disconnect a store in your ShippingEasy account by navigating to SETTINGS > STORES & ORDERS.

Then locate the store you need to disconnect and click the red button in the top right corner.

The store is now archived.

Update your API Credentials by Reconnecting or Reintegrating Store

You will need to either reconnect your store or add a new instance of your store.
