Does ShippingEasy sync my customers' order comments?

Yes, for most store platforms, ShippingEasy will sync your customers' order comments. The bullhorn icon on the ORDERS page indicates that the order has a comment that the buyer entered in the shopping cart on your store platform.

To view you customer comments:

  1. Navigate to the ORDERS page from the blue navigation bar:

  2. Filter orders with comments by expanding the "Note" filter on the left-hand side and selecting "Customer"

  3. Click the Bullhorn icon to open a modal that includes the order information along with the customer comment:
