How do I know if I have negotiated rates for UPS?

Effective April 11, 2021, customers will enjoy discounts of up to 50% off UPS® Ground shipments, up to 66% for UPS 2nd Day Air® service, up to 65% for UPS Next Day Air® service, and up to 76% off International services on eligible packages. Learn more about UPS One Balance.

If you have an existing UPS account, your Negotiated Rates are the contract rates that are set up with UPS and your UPS Account Representative.

In WorldShip, you can request to view Negotiated Rates by clicking the Request Rates button in the Shipper Editor.

On ups.com, you must add and authenticate your account using Account Summary to view Negotiated Rates in:

  • UPS Internet Shipping
  • Time and Cost Calculator
  • the UPS Developer Kit - Shipping and Rating APIs.

For more information including how to authenticate your account in order to view your Negotiated Rates, click here.

If you need further assistance with your Negotiated Rates, please contact UPS directly.
