What happens to a category tag when an order is split or combined?

When you split or combine categorized orders, they lose their category. The orders will no longer have the color-coding included.

If you would like the category to be included, you will need to add it back in:

  1. On the ORDERS page, check the box next to the uncategorized orders you would like to categorize.
  2. Under the More button above the orders, select to "Split Orders" or select to "Combine Orders".
  3. Once the orders are split or combined, you can select to "Categorize" the orders.
