Why do my labels reprint in the wrong format after I change my settings?

Created:   |   Updated:

Shipping labels generated in ShippingEasy are in the PDF format. This means that the image will not change when you simply reprint it, even after you change your label settings.

NOTE: this also applies to packing slips when printed in combination with labels.

In order for updated label print settings to take hold, the label must be cancelled and then duplicated before it can be printed with new formatting.

The following articles illustrate each step in this process:

  1. Edit your label settings - learn more.
  2. Cancel the incorrect label - learn more.
  3. Duplicate the label - learn more.
  4. Print the label - learn more.
