Why doesn't the "Sync" button work?

Certain store platforms are not affected by clicking the manual Sync option in ShippingEasy. This is because orders are pushed through to ShippingEasy instead of the app pulling them in. The following platforms push orders through to ShippingEasy, so the orders should appear instantaneously after being placed:

LuLaRoe orders can be automatically downloaded using the BLESS integration. However, if you are experiencing problems downloading orders through the integration, they can also be added manually, one-by-one, or as a batch using a CSV file
