Why do my Fulfillment by Amazon orders not sync with ShippingEasy?

Created:   |   Updated:

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a feature of Amazon Professional Seller Accounts. One of the key features of FBA is that, while you market your product on Amazon, they take care of all the fulfillment - picking, packing, and shipping.  Learn more here.

Although ShippingEasy does integrate with Amazon Professional Seller Accounts, FBA orders are not pulled into ShippingEasy. As Amazon will be shipping the orders, and not the merchant who uses ShippingEasy, we wanted to prevent accidental duplicate shipments that could result from FBA orders pulling into ShippingEasy. To ensure this doesn't happen, FBA orders will not sync with your ShippingEasy account.
