Will FedEx labels purchased in ShippingEasy show up in my FedEx account?

No. FedEx labels purchased in ShippingEasy will not show up in your FedEx account transaction history on the FedEx website.

The FedEx API only allows us to connect to an account and request rate quotes for that account. Unfortunately, the functionality is not available for us to send purchased label information back to FedEx. Therefore, any FedEx shipping labels purchased in ShippingEasy will not show up in your FedEx account transaction history on the FedEx website.

    Though it won't show up, will our account still be credited for the purchase to help us earn discounts? That was our issue in Shippo. Hoping to find a better option here for that. Thanks in advance!

    For that particular question, I would recommend creating a FedEx shipment in ShippingEasy and then reaching out to FedEx directly to see if the information we provide would allow you to get the discount that you are referencing. If for some reason FedEx cannot provide that information to you then please email us at issues@shippingeasy.com and detail the exact issue that happened with the other shipping solution so we can dig into it and advise further.
