How to: Update my ShippingEasy password

Periodic password changes are often necessary to ensure your businesses security. We've made it simple to update your password as often as necessary.

To update your password:

  1. Log into ShippingEasy with your existing login email and password.

  2. In the top right corner click the next to your name and select My Profile.

  3. From there, click the Change Password button.

  4. A pop up will appear and you can enter your previous and new passwords and click Save:

  5. Once the profile is updated, an email notification will be sent to confirm this change. It is a good idea to log out and back in with the new credentials to test. 
NOTE: anytime your Profile page is accessed the password fields will appear blank for your privacy.
