How to: Set up multiple users (or workstations) with ConnectEasy

If you've added multiple users to your ShippingEasy account, ConnectEasy provides the option to assign specific printers and scales for each user. This allows you to take advantage of individual work stations or remote warehouses. It's an operations dream come true! 

NOTE: if your computers and printers are networked, learn more about which computers need to have ConnectEasy installed.

Get started with these four steps:

  1. Log in as the specific user at the specific work station whose settings need to be customized.
  2. Install ConnectEasy at the work station:
  3. Configure your printer and scale preferences. Follow our printer and scale set up guides for the user:
  4. Repeat for any additional users.
