Quick Start: Using ConnectEasy to print from your Mac

ConnectEasy is an application you run on your computer that enables you to easily print labels directly to your printer from the ShippingEasy application - saving time for individual label printing to either a thermal or laser printer. Before you start printing, be sure to adjust your label print settings to setup single page prints.

Step 1: Install the ConnectEasy application

  1. From the blue menu bar, navigate to the SETTINGS icon.
  2. Under HARDWARE & DEVICES, click on CONNECTEASY.

  3. If you have not yet added ConnectEasy to your account, select Set Up ConnectEasset_up_connecteasy.PNG
  4. Complete the installation following our step-by-step guide.
